2. How long will it take you to get here?

3. How do I know if you can really fix it?

4. Do I have to pay you just to look at my problem?

Unlike many other companies, we do NOT charge to come out to your home. We prefer to come out to your home or business, assess the problem, quote you a fair price and move from there. Sometimes it’s impossible to completely explain a water situation over the phone. With this method, we instill trust in our customers that we will provide the best service and we are here to help, not swindle you out.
